Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact; please note that customized items like strung racquets or used footwear cannot be returned.
Request Authorization
Log into your Tenniszon account to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or contact our customer service team to receive your unique return reference number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your sports equipment in its original shipping box and attach the provided return label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
